Women and young adult men are typically size S/M.

Measure your wrist by taking the circumference.

Size Small/Medium will fit people with less than or equal to 6.5 inches in circumference of wrist.

Size Large/X-large will fit people with greater than 6.5 inches in circumference of wrist

We recommend sizing to the lower size because the elastic has a good amount of stretch in it.

Our standard size Kids Cuffs are exactly 5”circumference. Kids vary so much that it is very hard to have a one size fits all. Please email us if you order Kids Cuffs letting us know if you would like them to be a little smaller or bigger, Most teenagers will fit in S/M cuffs.

Tough Cuffs are compatible with most gloves sold on the market. If there is a loop anywhere on your gloves, Tough Cuffs can be attached. See the How-To video on the home page for examples of loops you can use to attach your pair of tough cuffs!

We offer a 30 day return policy with proof of purchase all you have to do is send us an email and ship it back to the address on the package was sent from and we will issue you a refund.
